Our Story
Serenity Spa was founded in 2018 by Made Ayu Sari, a fifth-generation Balinese healer whose family has practiced traditional massage and herbal medicine for over a century. Her vision was simple: to share the depth of Balinese healing art with the world, without compromise or commercial dilution.
Every therapist at Serenity is trained directly by Made Ayu and her senior practitioners. We work only with fresh, locally grown ingredients — harvested from our garden and partner farms in the highlands of Tabanan. No bottles of generic oil. No synthetic fragrances.
Our open-air treatment pavilions overlook a working rice paddy. The sound of running water, the scent of frangipani, the warmth of the Canggu sun — these are not design choices. They are simply where we are.
